Yoga

Caroline Harris, a Yoga teacher, has very kindly been coming into school to teach each class some relaxing yoga.

 

Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.

 

The children are thoroughly enjoying their sessions with Caroline and this week the weather was stunning, so we were able to hold our sessions outside.
